New SCORPION tablets for industry and logistics
BRESSNER Technology improves its rugged tablets by adding new devices with sunlight readable displays, dual battery, and optional barcode scanner for flexible industrial applications
Groebenzell, 01.10.2024 (PresseBox) - BRESSNER Technology, one of the leading system integrators and value-added distributors for industrial IT solutions, introduces the latest models of the SCORPION rugged tablets: the SCORPION 12 PRO and the SCORPION 8X V2 (Windows and Android). These devices are engineered for high performance, equipped with advanced features to meet the most demanding industrial needs. Both models are designed for use in tough environments, offering IP65 rating and MIL-STD-810G certification.
The SCORPION 12 PRO stands out with a 12.2-inch display, an Intel® Core™ i5 processor, and a dual-battery system for maximum operating time. The SCORPION 8X V2 (Windows and Android), equipped with an Intel® Celeron® N5100 or MTK MT6789 processor, an 8-inch display with up to 700 nits brightness, and an optional 1D/2D barcode scanner, is particularly suitable for warehouse logistics and mobile workers.
Both models feature versatile connectivity (Wi-Fi, GNSS, NFC) and rugged design to operate reliably in extreme environments. Typical application areas include logistics, construction, public safety, and field service, where SCORPION tablets prove their performance even under harsh conditions. With a wide range of accessories such as vehicle mounts, office docking stations, and spare batteries, the devices can be flexibly adapted to individual needs.
